As you have seen intuitively, it is, indeed, the alien bloodline referenced as the hidden power manipulating the financial system and working towards enslavement of humanity by the so-called technocracy. The nefarious machinations underway are logically defensible with the scheme to stabilize things, were that truly the end result of what is contemplated. In effect, it is highway robbery in a cleverly disguised way, to sneak up on humanity under the guise of needing secrecy to prevent those in the know suddenly taking advantage in positioning themselves prior to the rollout to gain financially, all of which works to maintain the secrecy needed to have everything lined up in a way it is under complete control and nothing can go wrong to derail the efforts underway. This is entirely sinister. It will only worsen things for humanity. It is an exploitation and a manipulation from first to last that will enrich the alien/human bloodline at the expense of humanity as a collective, even though these hybrids from Anunnaki/human matings carry human blood and DNA, they are not human and their loyalty is solely with the Extraterrestrial Alliance. They have no sympathies for humanity whatsoever. It is a perfect example of the highest possible degree of racism on the part of these beings, feeling superior and viewing humans with disdain, despite being partially human in origin themselves.
