This is an extraterrestrial spirit in an earthbound mode and is being used by the Extraterrestrial Alliance to commandeer spirit meddlers and direct their entrée to human targets as well as preparing those humans to be especially vulnerable and to have a karmic difficulty stirred up within them, and then point this out to give these spirit meddlers a head start, so to speak. In this instance, it was putting on a display for the camera as a message to your client to be wary of things she may not understand. It is meant to be a kind of threat, a display intended to be unsettling and raise questions. We know she can stand strong here and will not be unduly perturbed by this information.
