DWQA QuestionsCategory: Divine GuidanceIs ingesting water containing novel life forms best done at intervals during each day, or are they longer-lived in the body? Will accumulating more be increasingly beneficial, or will a sufficient dose of such water last for days or weeks? What is an optimum dose regimen?

There is no upper limit in terms of safety. There is no need to have all water be of such a source, but regular intake will keep up a sufficient level of these novel organisms so their function is supported as a part of the life balance. So we cannot give you a strict dosing with respect to volume and frequency, it will vary, depending on the nature of the water and its content of life forms. Some water has a very, very high concentration, other water has but a meager presence so more ingestion over time is needed for the ideal number to build up within the body. So we would say some daily ingestion of ideal water is a good idea because one will never know the true quality of their particular source and it is better to be safe than sorry.
