He is safely in the light because you have done a Spirit Rescue for him, but simply forgotten this. He died in a grisly fashion, being tortured and burning to death as an act of evil, and was in poor shape to cooperate with the light callers. He is blessed to have this rescue and to be back on track, and sends his love to you, and is cheering you on in all you do.
