Unfortunately, this is the case. The broad conclusion that the further outbreaks are a consequence of the mass demonstrations that were allowed even in areas under lockdown is correct in part, but is more of a liability because this has been exploited to coincide with renewed introduction of the virus in areas where people have gathered and this provides another perfect cover for why the lockdown may have been less effective than hoped.
