Is the current polar vortex caused by the Extraterrestrial Alliance? Are such weather patterns ever natural?

This is, like hurricanes, an unnatural event created by extraterrestrial technology. This is simply their desire to create a large mass of very, very cold air and storm fronts along the margins to interfere with human society. It is no different than other large storms that are always a potentiation of natural events to worsen things, prolong their stay, and increase their intensity to cause as much financial harm and physical harm as possible.
