Is the isolated state of the “Giant of Kandahar” a textbook example of the insanity starting to grip the entire Anunnaki civilization?

This anarchy was not insane but was impaired due to degradation from the spiritual disconnection. So this was more a question of energy and resolve and smooth functioning and ability to have a higher perspective, for example even service as a loyal soldier, but instead was more downtrodden and self-serving and inclined to be careless as a consequence.
