This source of cacao powder will be perfectly fine for purposes of gaining the anti-aging benefits of cacao powder. What is needed is a basic, gentle production method to avoid degrading the nutritional value. There can be differences in cultivation practices, but these are a relatively small additional variable and will not add tremendously to the value.
