Is the VoiceTV Nigeria report of finding a document on the website of a powerful foundation describing creation of an infectious virus at Fort Detrick and smuggling it by way of Canada to China, with the intention of causing a pandemic, a true account that this plan exists in writing?

This in fact is a true account not of what happened but of the existence of the document as described. This was put on the website by mistake but was within their records because there are many discussions like this going on behind the scenes, particularly as regards military exercises and biowarfare agendas. There is also much on manipulation of public opinion that is involved part and parcel with mind control manipulation of the masses of humanity. These things are not for public consumption but are the workaday discussions going on by the elite who work to run things from behind the scenes.
