Is there a conspiracy to overstate the world population census figures to mask an ongoing human elimination?

This is being done, and there has been a steady attrition. It has been the case all along that many humans are removed from the planet and do not return, to serve the slave colonies and to provide food for the extraterrestrial visitors. This has been increasing because the annihilation of human serves them at this point. So there is an increasing disappearance rate and a corresponding interference with accurate census taking to mask this reality as long as possible.
