DWQA QuestionsCategory: HealingMy young client [name withheld] has now lost almost all of his hair. Is the hair loss a reversible side effect from Albendazol, or it is something related to the healing and detox process he is going through?

This is not a side effect of the medication in question. This is indeed a consequence of the healing work ongoing here. It is ironic that in order to improve, something must worsen, but sometimes this does happen. It is not truly a worsening, although an undesired cosmetic consequence, and that is unfortunate, but there are much bigger things at stake here and the benefits that can accumulate far outweigh something like this as a consequence or a byproduct of the inner changes he is undergoing. This will work out beautifully down the line in spite of this change which we understand is very concerning, but it bothers the family more than it bothers him. And there are many ways to compensate, so there may well be a reversal of this as well down the line and this is something that can be requested as part of further healing work.
