There is a large production of these chemicals being done surreptitiously by Chinese sources as part of their efforts to corrupt US citizens and others. It is a kind of warfare through weakening being carried out. It is being inspired by the extraterrestrials just as they inspire all types of criminality and military adventurism to get wars going, because they are psychopaths and delight in the perversity they cause to bring harm and suffering.
