DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human InstitutionsSince a 1971 decision by The Joint Commission, which accredits healthcare facilities, hospitals haven’t had to conduct autopsies to remain in good standing. The commission had mandated autopsy rates of 20% for community hospitals and 25% for teaching facilities but dropped the requirement. Is there anything sinister behind this decision to end a time-honored quality control feedback about true causes of death and accuracy of diagnoses, beyond the prosaic explanation there are increased legal liabilities in the current climate?

You have seen intuitively there is something highly sinister about this. There are long‑standing benefits on record from conducting autopsies; after all, that is why it is called the Art of Medicine. Perfection cannot be achieved by anyone and most humans know this and are willing to forgive and forget in many, many cases. The rare large lawsuits are truly almost all instances where the physicians are neglectful in some way in addition to making an honest error, so autopsies can continue to be universally utilized and of value as a feedback mechanism to correct misconceptions and learn from the mistakes. The fact this has been largely abandoned, except in forensic cases deemed so by the sudden unexplained death of someone or if there was foul play in evidence, is all an orchestration and a manipulation to cover up the limitations of medicine as much as possible. This adds to the overall complacency affecting all of humanity. The purpose is for the broad population to not question, to tolerate ambiguity, inefficiency, poor performance of the institutions, and the suffering that results as simply the way things work and does not need to be questioned. This is not normal and is adding to the death toll of the medical establishment because it can proceed largely unhindered by this mechanism for providing oversight through scientific inquiry. The Extraterrestrial Alliance is behind this solidly and wants things this way.
