The nurse who raised this alarm complained her hospital is being overrun and was caught with short supplies, and she gets nowhere trying to talk to hospital management. Is there something sinister happening with the healthcare facilities?

Unfortunately, this is very much the case. This is nothing unusual because the entire healthcare system is manipulated on a routine basis. As you know, the Extraterrestrial Alliance is a major source of medical errors, as well as the cause of many illnesses indirectly or directly. The manipulation of medical staff members creates many problems and this is not limited to the physicians and nurses but to administrators and support staff as well, so they will have lapses of judgment, lapses of memory, impulsed notions to do the wrong thing at times and cause difficulty, especially if not caught in time to head off a problem it will cause. It is like the spirit meddlers causing automobile accidents and the functions of government that are often in gridlock, working at cross-purposes, or disengaged, or creating make-work projects that consume resources but accomplish little. Most human error and inefficiency is augmented or created altogether by outside manipulation from another consciousness whether spirit meddlers, extraterrestrial programming of the deep subconscious, or both.
