DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaWas there a karmic reason why a blind woman with a guide dog was killed by a train in Midlothian recently? Her guide dog lost a limb and was described as still adjusting to her. Did he have some responsibility for what happened?

This was entirely karmic. There were karmic issues rumbling within and this was, in fact, a prior lifetime where she caused the death of someone accidentally, but it was through her negligence that it happened. So there was a karmic need to rebalance this, and this was taken care of with her being in close proximity to an instrument of early death and then was drawn like a moth to a flame. This was the action of karmic forces. Her guide dog was, in effect, drawn into this vortex in wanting to obey her. Even though his own instinct was to avoid the oncoming train, he held fast and honored her leadership and did not perceive the close proximity to the tracks as being a serious danger, only unpleasant, which he was willing to endure in being obedient. This cost him dearly but is in keeping with the willingness of the divine companion animals to serve their humans even at the cost of their own lives.
