Were the “close shave” experienced by Harry Truman’s narrow election victory, and the 2000 presidential race causing Al Gore to challenge the electoral results, the consequence of extraterrestrial meddling in these elections?

Indeed, both of these close races were swayed at the last minute by Extraterrestrial Alliance manipulation of the voting itself. This was done through mind control persuasion to cause many going to the polls, who were on the fence, to favor the candidate who ended up in office. This was done for simple tactical purposes to have the candidate of choice the Extraterrestrial Alliance most preferred and this gives them a little extra breathing room in their overall plans to make mischief. If they have someone who is more to their liking because of their greater ability to be manipulated or their innate leanings to be more harsh in how they view things, and more quick to see the darker side of things, this puts them more in alignment with the extraterrestrials themselves who are quite dark and always wanting difficulty to happen.
