DWQA QuestionsCategory: Spirit MeddlersWhat percentage of nightmares occur because of spirit meddler tormenting of the subconscious mind?

Nightmares, for those people who have spirit attachments, are most frequently a consequence of spirit meddler intrusion into their thoughts. This is a number one way that spirits stir up trouble and, in particular, they are energy-starved during the night because the people hosting them are not in an energy-demanding mode. And when their metabolism slows and they, themselves, have quieted the conscious mind and are in their rest period, energy goes into some rebuilding and restoration, and the repair mechanisms for cellular turnover and so on, and the brain desires to rest for a time. This is a safety valve and is designed to be a period of energy conservation to build up reserves for the next day until more food is available as a source of energy. The spirits are not quiescent and they demand energy. So, they are very keen on stirring things up. If the connections to the akashic records or the collective unconscious can be manipulated to recreate emotional experiences, this ramps up the energy requirement and then there will be more available to siphon away by the spirits themselves. So, they will encourage discord within the person’s subconscious mind in order to get more energy from the host, so they are a major source, at that point. So, typically the percentage will be in the 90s again from being instigated via spirit meddler attachments. So, this seems a little bit in conflict with our previous statistics, but not if you consider that we're talking here about apples and oranges, and that the frequency of nightmares is much less overall, in people not infested with spirit attachments than is the case when spirits are on board the individual. So, the occasional or infrequent nightmare in a normal person will be a pale comparison to what happens in people with a full complement of spirit attachments, who will have many nightmares, each and every night. Not all will be recalled, but this will be a burden and take a heavy toll on the subconscious and leave it sensitized and easily triggered during the day by ongoing events that may resonate in some way with the inner discord it is still struggling with. The subconscious has many demands on it and it cannot simply pick and choose what it wrestles with. It must wrestle with every new experience that comes along, and somehow juggle it and put it into the group of things it is managing. It is a multi-tasker by nature, but there are human limits to everything, and this will have consequences if the mind is overburdened. This is when the emotions ramp up too greatly to manage and the person must find some way to stand down, and usually what gives way is something they are doing actively because that is the only thing that occurs to them and the only thing they are able to control directly, whether they go into work that day, whether they attend school that day, or stay home, and so on.
