Who is behind Antifa? They seem well-organized and trained.

This is a mind control orchestrated movement that seeks to find individuals with a particular profile who have an anti-establishment bias and can be manipulated to embrace anarchist views. This can be cultivated through particular leanings by providing them a rationale through ideology like Marxism to make protests, even violent ones and especially violent ones, in pursuit of a socialist agenda, a righting of wrongs seemingly through distribution of wealth and arguments representing a quite extreme perspective, that violence is justified in the face of the perceived evil of racism, for example, or the unfairness of the wealthy class said to be suppressing the average person to keep them in an underclass, subservient, and in poverty. People create their own destiny by and large. There are sources of prejudice but there are many more examples of individuals who surmount conventional wisdom coming from humble origins and ethnic backgrounds that may be a challenge in some settings, but they nonetheless excel through determination, hard work, and finding ways to demonstrate their excellence. Increasingly in today’s world, they are appreciated and quite highly prized. All organizations are avidly seeking top-performing people of color, if nothing else, to ensure they are doing everything possible to be fair and to avoid finger-pointing and criticism for lacking diversity in their ranks. So the idea of systemic racism is quite irrational under present circumstances when the vast majority of the world’s population is bending over backwards to ensure fairness in everything that it sees and does. This is not to say people will not continue to harbor fear and misgivings because so much inner programming has been drummed into them subliminally, but the inherent divinity of humanity overshadows that still, and equitable circumstances are arranged routinely in most settings to provide a fair chance for everyone. Many doubt this to be so, but that is as much due to programming as reality. There are many reasons for inequities and for failures in life. Racism is rarely the primary cause these days, but is often blamed for a combination of difficult circumstances, lack of preparation, and a karmic history that puts someone at a disadvantage because their energetic alignment is to pay something back and have a personal difficulty of some kind as a way of rebalancing something in other lifetimes, and so they are held back as much by their own behavior and circumstances of prior lifetimes than by discrimination in their current life. Things are not as simple as the slogans would have you believe about race being the most important consideration and explanation for all difficulties of society.
