You have told us a major reason for the delays in not yet seeing the tidal power outages, gold reset, and Alien Disclosure is to plan and execute a truly major financial collapse as a painful motivation for human acceptance of the Alien Disclosure with their deceptive offer to help. Is an additional reason for extra time being needed that they want to feel smug and secure while they take their temporary break in withdrawing from our world, knowing we will be decimated and suffering, ideally, the whole time they are on a multi-year vacation? That might well require much more detailed planning and orchestration to optimize. What can Creator tell us?

Your intuition is serving you well here, that there is indeed a dual agenda in play. While they need a severe crisis to provide appropriate levels of fear to make their Disclosure, as a seeming savior, just in time, in the way things will be presented as a narrative, they also want you to be on a downward trajectory as a parting shot. They cannot help themselves because this worsening for humanity adds to their glee in taking a breather. While they are frequently allowing things to improve in order to pull the rug out and undo them later on, they are more comfortable leaving the world in tatters than giving you too much of a pleasant holiday in their absence. So they are busily addressing painful ongoing sore spots, karmic vulnerabilities, and points of weakness that can be hammered in the build-up to Disclosure, knowing there will be lasting pain and suffering, not just enough to provide motivation for a fairly rapid reckoning with the "coming out party" and obtaining human consent for their greater involvement in doing a cleanup on your behalf. They will need enough of a drag on the economy so there is not a possibility of a rapid rebound during that interval when they are seeming to make good on their false promise, but truly just seeing to their transfer of personnel off-planet to have their R&R.
