DWQA QuestionsCategory: Problems in SocietyYou have told us that in today’s world, no human being can be trusted as an authority because of the corruption and mind control manipulation of our culture. Perhaps an example is the current controversy about a seemingly straightforward issue: whether or not crime in Washington D.C. needs urgent attention or has actually fallen. President Trump ordered 800 National Guard troops into the capitol, ostensibly to make the city safer, which is derided by the political left even though officials state that the police force is understaffed by 800 officers due to budget cuts. Meanwhile, a D.C. police commander was suspended a few months ago for allegedly under-reporting crime statistics. Others have pointed out that in Washington, and other sanctuary cities, defunding the police lowers crime statistics because lack of police action lets crime go unreported. Police are also under pressure to make things look good, and actually log serious crimes as minor ones, and many arrested criminals are simply let go as liberal prosecutors and judges will just dismiss the charges. What is the divine perspective? Is criminality a serious problem being aided and abetted by lax enforcement or is this Federal intervention just fearmongering and political posturing with a dangerous authoritarian motivation?

What you are seeing is a game being played, an orchestrated series of volleys back and forth, designed to ramp up political passions on both sides of the fence. It is the classic divide and conquer strategy of the Extraterrestrial Alliance feeding fears on the one hand and complacency and arbitrary dismissal of real-world problems on the other. There, indeed, is greater than average criminality in the nation's capital and that is being minimized by those with liberal leanings because they are manipulated through mind control to be dismissive of the problem. There is cultivation of an inner conviction that criminal conduct is a kind of last resort default by those unable to make their way, and the grooming is to create a state of allowing and forgiveness for such shortcomings under the mistaken notion that it is simply a temporary state of affairs, that people need to get on their feet and if they are forced to steal, for example, it is for survival, and being done by a deserving individual who is downtrodden and needs some kind of subsidy. So, it is a kind of self-generated compensation, like a reparation, to take from those who are better off, and needs understanding and forgiveness, not punishment, because that worsens things for people who are already on the edge. That utopian view is all well and good in a land of plenty, but that is not what exists. There are people of means but not of such magnitude that it can simply be redistributed and then everyone will live a high life. In the meanwhile, the point of existence is not to be exactly equivalent to everyone else in all respects. People are all different in capability and that inner wherewithal, including moral character, will determine success or failure in how people go about making the choices in how to get ahead. If they do things to harm others while serving themselves, that will trigger a significant karmic penalty, completely aside of what the legal system might recognize and be brought to bear to reckon with as misconduct. So, there are two levels of law enforcement. One is human, quite flawed, often misapplied, which can happen in both directions through over punishment or under punishment. And the other is an ultimate divine perspective via the Law of Karma that finely parses the nuances in behavior and intention, both, and assigns a vibrational signature to everything that happens, positive, negative, or neutral. The reality is that the utopian ideal is inherently flawed and unrealistic because there are people whose makeup is far below an ability to comport themselves in alignment with a utopian world. So they will be miscreants, the criminals who plague society. This is not an easy problem to deal with but it needs to be dealt with in order for people to be safe and have civil order. To corrupt even an imperfect system to render it ineffectual is a favorite game of the interlopers. So they use a political cover by encouraging the liberal activists and extremists, and manipulate things for them to have political power, at least for a time, knowing it will undermine society to have lax oversight. And then, a good contest can be ginned up through ramping up those with a conservative bent to carry out a backlash, and if possible, they will be encouraged to overdo it and give themselves a blackeye. This is the game that has been played out all through human history: action and reaction, again and again, with swinging of the pendulum back and forth. It rarely stays at a happy medium for long because that would be too dull, and the games go on because the humans are not in charge.
