Are some PEMF devices potentially harmful? Can power and penetration become excessive?

We think this is unlikely to occur, but cannot rule out the potential, depending on the area of the body under consideration and a myriad of other factors with respect to personal liabilities and vulnerabilities. We cannot rule out this possibility, but see it as unlikely. So this arena need not be feared as representing a minefield needing extraordinary care or scrutiny. It would be difficult to cause harm with this approach following the general guidelines for such devices. After all, it is not necessary to exceed this framework in order to have a working device, and to do so could only add risk, and manufacturers do not want to see that happen.
