Yesterday, March 17, 2026, the Daily Mail reported a story under the headline: “CIA accused of ‘poisoning the sky’ with toxins as files expose secret weather control agenda.” The article says: “Once top-secret CIA files have detailed America’s plans to control the world by manipulating the weather. The documents, declassified in 2003, discussed the controversial topic of weather modification, the tactic of launching rockets or using planes to dump chemicals into the atmosphere that alter the climate and local storm systems.” Was this a brief exposure of a long-standing program, even continuing to this day, of creating chemtrails intended for weather modification but which are surreptitiously poisoning us? What can Creator tell us?

As you have probed into previously, this was simply a long-delayed revelation reflecting the long-standing nature of what has been done for many, many years now in an attempt to influence the weather, while actually being a cover story for introduction of many toxic substances into the atmosphere that poison the Earth as well as living things. It is a deliberate deception, as is true of all technological intrusions, aided and abetted by extraterrestrial influence.
