This was manipulated to capitalize on a freak occurrence so the doctors and personnel involved in the long-term research on this issue were all manipulated in ways to encourage perpetuation of this fear-based expectation, thus leaving postdelivery women with ineffective pain management. That fits in with what they have done through altering human genetics to make childbirth painful, in keeping with their ego-based need for power and control, and savage appetite for causing human suffering.
