If the Terra Grounding Sheet is useful, is it because this substitutes for the routine earth contact people historically maintained by sleeping on the ground and going barefoot much of the time? Or is the importance of earth contact being exaggerated?

Many human beings are in a state of depletion because of the lack of grounding attendant to their lifestyle. Fortunately, the divine realm can assist people to compensate and that will be very effective, but people need to make specific requests, either through Empowered Prayer or through the healing protocols, to ensure this is done with greatest timeliness and efficiency. As with prayer in general, generic requests for help and healing do give us some latitude to work on specific things beyond human understanding, but the more knowledgeable people become in the workings of the body and the nature of illness, the more powerfully we can intervene on your behalf to fill in the gap made worse by ignorance and corrupted lifestyles.
