DWQA QuestionsCategory: Subconscious ChannelingIf doing subconscious channeling can potentially reverse Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, does that mean that emotional stress, primarily at the level of the deep subconscious mind, is the long-sought cause of Alzheimer’s and that the tissue pathology considered to be diagnostic may be its consequence and not a causal factor?

This is a brilliant question and a brilliant intuitive insight as well. This is all very much the case. It is emotional turmoil that condemns the mind to deterioration and a diminishing ability to connect to the outside world. This is a self-sentence in response to a desire to escape from the slings and arrows of life, and develops over time because of the toll taken by the day-to-day insults, the drama, the fears, the doubts, and the worries, all conspiring to erode the person’s belief in themselves and the possibility of happiness. As things worsen emotionally, the body begins to shut down, and that shutdown process is what causes the cellular abnormality and the side generation of things like plaques and tangles observed within the tissues. This is a misdirection of energy into nonproductive outlets and acting as a kind of a sink to absorb them and transmute them into something besides direct action that would be too threatening for the mind. It is very much akin to the distraction of the self through causing repeated pain. It gives a point of focus and may be the lesser of evils compared to thoughts of failure with attendant shame and humiliation, but the toll will be tremendous in the eroding of bodily function and health. This is why attending to the inner emotional life has such tremendous potential for reversing and even healing all dementias. The path taken is a function of many, many, factors, some of them karmic, that will make things lean towards one or another type of negative expression. And as well, the genetics and individual liabilities conferred by gene expression patterns will determine the degree of vulnerability and the tempo for it to reach a clinically evident level of intensity with loss of cognitive function and other signs. This is also the reason why the vaunted clinical trial of the new drug that shows promise for reduction of the pathologic abnormalities associated with Alzheimer’s will not be successful despite its ability to reduce these signs of the disease. Plaques are true diagnostic indicators, but in the end, are themselves not responsible for the decline in function. They parallel and are correlated with the decline in function, but they are not causally related.
