This is noble and well-intentioned but unlikely to be effective; it is simply too broad and too gigantic a problem to be pared back in this fashion. This is why a more targeted approach is the only realistic hope of turning the tide here. What is needed is to tip the balance in the favor of humanity, and the deep healing for all that is needed, to keep things on an upward path so you are regaining greater divine alignment rather than having things continue to decline.
