The key with all such add-ons is to do at least one session with the new parties, not simply state their names as a standalone exercise. So there needs to be at least one Protocol applied to each candidate being. From that point on, you can include in that Protocol session the wording, "to pool all the effects of all sessions by all practitioners," and that will be done for the new arrival, the new client being added as a latecomer.
