DWQA QuestionsCategory: Lightworker Healing ProtocolA practitioner asks: “Is it a good idea to do LHPs during other non-conflicting activities (such as walks, workouts, and sauna sessions)?” What is Creator’s perspective?

We have commented previously that this is really not a very good idea, because there will be distractions, inevitably, and so why set about creating a multitasking situation that may well compromise the work in some ways? Given the great importance of what you are doing with the LHP sessions, even though it is repetitive and becomes boring for the practitioner in the sameness of doing the launching over and over again, what that means is having some other diversion, with the motive of simply saving time by doing two things at once, is more likely to take away than less likely, so this becomes an example of the cure being worse than the disease. "Something worth doing is worth doing well," and given the fact that not only is there much at stake for those in need, there are karmic consequences and liabilities associated with doing work of lesser quality, through personal choice, to cut corners. There are consequences for the practitioner potentially as well. After all, it is not solely going through the motions but generation of intention, and the more there is true caring and loving kindness and passion being felt, experienced, and connected to the generation of the requests during the session, the better the outcome because of the greater power of the divine realm you have enabled through your offering. To have that undercut by divided attention along the way, through distractions, will inevitably at times result in some diminishment, and that would be unfortunate.
