You are seeing this and understanding it quite correctly. The Extraterrestrial Alliance, in seeing the future, including their plans of annihilation, is appreciating that things will bog down and are wanting a solution that will allow a more effective preparation through softening you up enough so that the annihilation will proceed smoothly and effectively. That is why they are taking the trouble, for years and years now, to continue beating you down with new problems and constraints, in corrupting and contaminating almost everything, and to a growing extent to worsen things more than ever before. So this is something that could be predicted to happen, an act of desperation by a would‑be victor running into stiff resistance, and then having to come up with a solution, and will often be a redoubling of effort, and perhaps an even more brutal strategy that causes greater loss and suffering of the intended victims to dishearten and weaken their resolve. That is what is going on currently, it does not mean you cannot win. Ironically, it is a byproduct of winning in the future causing a worsening at this point in time.
