Not only have your sessions been of help, you are also seeing with accuracy, and through your intuition, there is a direct cause and effect here in your doing this loving healing outreach on his behalf and the possibility he has escaped disaster during his travels. It is indeed the case he is being helped through divine intervention, and this was true in both incidents, to minimize the consequences in a way that he escaped unscathed. Either one could have been fatal, and that is a stark lesson in the benefit of divine partnership, it is never wise to underestimate what God can do for you and neglect making an outreach for assistance as a general policy in your day-to-day living.
