This could be stated but both will bring about the same result. Energy that is beneficial to soul‑based beings will benefit the environment as well because the environment itself has a soul and the animal life as well, albeit a collective one, so this is basically splitting hairs. Because dealing with sentient beings and locations are considered separately, because of some of their unique differences, it is more logical and understandable to the broader collective of practitioners to treat the issue of the energies of a vortex within those respective target groups.
