There is no appreciable change in Earth orbit at this time so there is no need for concern about this. The Sun has been altered, and that, in incremental ways, will result in changes to the orbits of everything in the solar system, but these are not appreciable changes that will influence the fate of humanity. Your timeline is extremely short so this is truly a moot point for all practical purposes. You will be either ascending through a successful completion of your mission, in having accomplished tremendous healing for the interlopers and yourselves as a human collective, or you will be annihilated as a species and will not have an Earth to return to, at least in the near-term, and will be regrouping in the light to plan what might be next.
