A viewer asks: “I have heard many thoughts on how our energy moves within the body. One strong contender is that the Divine energy moves down through the body and down the spine into the Solar Plexus area, where it curves back up and out the head again. The Earth energy, on the other hand, comes up through the feet and up to the Solar Plexus where it moves back through the legs and down again. Is this an accurate description of what happens naturally in our bodies at all times? I understand that you can direct energy to go through your whole body, but is the former a more accurate description in general?” What can Creator tell us?

This is a quite complicated subject and it is not possible to reduce it to a simple description as you recite. It is true that divine life force energy comes in through the crown chakra but it extends throughout the body. The same is true of Earth energy coming up through the feet, but it, too, goes everywhere in the body and not just to the solar plexus. There are many complex distributions and circling around of energy courtesy of the chakras, and that meridian system present throughout the body enables energy and its information content to go wherever it might be needed. This complex interplay can be compromised by so-called "energy blockages" that prevent transmission of energy in particular regions of the body because something is lodged in the way, comprised of negative energy that acts as a counterforce, and that becomes a healing need because it will lead to symptoms of some kind and consequences in throwing the energy fields out of balance.
