In effect, this is being done by asking for healing for all parties affected by the ongoing contest through all of the various time domains. So this includes the dark spirits and their saga of having a falling out long, long ago and turning away from love and light with a fall from grace. So this is incorporated as part of the Protocol, in effect, and is of ongoing concern within the divine realm and all who come and go in the human community as well as among the extraterrestrial races who are afflicted with spirit attachments undermining them and causing all manner of difficulty. So this high-level problem is being dealt with by the existing Protocol in as many ways as feasible.
