She is indeed seeing intuitively, feeling within, the consequences of dark spirits in proximity and this would be greatly aided by a thorough cleansing of the premises to remove these hazards. This is not a guarantee that things will remain in pristine condition indefinitely. But knowing hazards are present and putting her at risk, it would be most unfortunate to not take action to have these removed. And this can be done by your channel and some healing provided to her in the bargain for effects of their campaign intended to soften her up and make her increasingly vulnerable. That can be dealt with effectively.
