This is in fact the case. Even though it seems a special circumstance that might slip through the web, it in fact is a most glaring and egregious intrusion and manipulation of the being and this is why many of the healing requests within the Lightworker Healing Protocol will apply to the alien possession scenario and allow a divine intervention to address it.
