A viewer suggests: “Is the following wording change of benefit to the Protocol: Instead of “Source Creator, relocate all spirit portals affecting client locations so they are at safe distances from habitation,” update this as “Source Creator relocate all spirit portals affecting client locations to wherever is beneficial for the planet and all its inhabitants?”

This change would be acceptable but is not necessary. The spirit portals are not beneficial to the planet directly in terms of needing strategic placement. There simply needs to be a way in the local area for energies to traverse dimensions but there need not be great precision. This is of more concern locally for inhabitants of a residence or other dwelling that may be in too close proximity to a spirit portal and then there will be heavy encounters with wandering spirits and spirit meddlers using the spirit portals as an entry point. The key issue at hand is to move them sufficiently far away from where humans or extraterrestrials congregate to reduce the frequency of encounters and subsequent attachments which only worsens things. This need not be located to tremendous distances, just enough to reduce casual encounters with the living beings directly. This is not of critical importance to Gaia and its balancing of energies.
