Consciousness can go wherever it wishes because it is not constrained in any way. It is true that nonlocal consciousness exists everywhere at once, so in that respect, the thoughts of the deep subconscious are already interconnected with the collective unconscious, as well as the akashic records. It is a question of degree and focus of intention as to what happens, whether subtle exchanges take place, or whether energy is mostly devoted to a crisis of the moment and will be highly focused for a time for a specific purpose. But the interplay can happen between and among all of the players participating in an ongoing exchange.
