Collapse of dams in Libya following heavy rains has reportedly caused thousands of deaths, with more than 10,000 still missing and feared dead. Was this catastrophe simply due to unusually heavy rainfall, human failure to maintain the needed infrastructure, or something more sinister?

The heavy rains were arranged to happen through extraterrestrial technology and the collapse of the dams, causing the greatest loss of life, was assisted energetically by the extraterrestrials as well.
