Indeed, they all sleep. This is not required for the alien Greys. They are the only exception. They do have a certain maintenance routine they undergo, but that is not analogous to sleep except that it is a reconstitution and a repair interval, and in that way resembles the human and extraterrestrial physical beings and their need for sleep.
