The paradigm leading to the creation of human beings as a species is a proving ground and a testing ground that puts you in charge of your experience. So in your role as bringers of light and lightworkers countering the rise of evil, you will be in the vanguard and must lead the charge, at least with your intention if not all of the practical tool implementation you can arrange to happen, as from the divine realm through your prayer requests, for example. The burden is not entirely on you but the leadership must be yours and not ours. That puts us in an awkward position. The more we guide your life, through suggesting what is the best thing to do in the moment for any given decision, the more it robs you of personal responsibility. And as a consequence, not only are we taking over your life at least for a time, you will not grow and expand from, in effect, handing over the reins to us, and will thus be following and not leading.
As your question recognizes, the more we shine a light on a particular path or choice, the more we will be deciding for you. When done in the process of sharing, a give-and-take, that is the essence of human-divine partnership. But we need to be subtle in our influence and this makes it difficult to give instructions through answers to channeled questions that are too specific and definitive, when there is always something you need to truly weigh carefully in what you wish to try, in order to be responsible and accountable for the outcome. And thus, take what could be significant risk, prepared to face the consequences and learn the hard way, even. That is how people truly grow the most and in the most meaningful ways, through their mistakes more so than their successes. If we give you a trail of breadcrumbs to follow about every little thing, you will be more like a dog on a leash, not a free spirit with autonomous control, and your successes will not be truly yours, but ours. And that undercuts your sovereignty too greatly and will be counterproductive.
People who rely on fortune tellers are much like a child asking their mother what to do because they do not have inner resources yet to formulate a productive plan. So going to a fortuneteller is, in effect, a regression to a childlike dependent state of being, by surrendering personal authority to someone else perceived as having greater power and effectiveness. While there is no doubt we fit that description, when we are telling you we will withhold our personal power in deferring to you, looking to us for direction may well backfire. This is because we will refuse to give too much deliberate and specific advice, even when we know what is best, because we want you to learn how to discern that for yourself and to take responsibility, using your inner wherewithal. You will learn by doing, not by asking and following our directions and this, in particular, includes the art of human-divine partnership in listening and watching for signs of divine inspiration and guidance. That is how we set the system up to work, so you would be developing inner wherewithal even in reaching out to us, because it will require ever-increasing inner strength to trust and accept the responsibility for what is in your heart, and in striving to stay in the high vibration that is a meaningful connection to the divine and not just wishful thinking or an ego-based inflation of self-regard, perhaps based on early successes and becoming overconfident in your ability.
So, the very best way is to work regularly through prayer in reaching out to us, and making requests for inspiration, guidance, healing, and protection, and then being open and actively seeking greater understanding and refinement in thinking about life choices as they present themselves. That way, whenever there is a fork in the road you will naturally be tuning into inner guidance and will more likely incorporate divine input in making a decision about which way to go next. In other words, what you need to cultivate is an inner compass that is your divine connection to us, and the spiritual and intuitive muscles to have that be as robust and free from corruption and interference by negative fear-based or ego-based emotions as possible. The ideal outcome for a human-divine partnership is for you to see your success as being truly your doing because our role will be in helping inform you about options, including cautions at times when there might be an unseen danger. That is the essence of a good and healthy mentorship, rather than your being more like a human puppet under our control.
