DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaHarriet Tubman commented when we channeled her about her daughter, “The life of that child becomes part of the parent’s life on a soul level and their destinies intertwining for all of time. This is why parenthood is sacred. This is why parenthood needs to be a thoughtful, planful process in being launched, it will have ramifications going forward for all of time.” Is this true for mothers who abort a fetus in the womb, even though a longer relationship in the physical does not take place?

We have commented before to your direct questions about the issue of abortion that it is non-divine, categorically. And one of the reasons is it is a denial of life, the rejection of a decision you, yourselves, have made on a higher plane through your higher selves within the divine realm, but still a part of you, to have that life come down into being in a new incarnation and be under your wing, so to speak, as parent and protector, to nurture and provide a loving nest or a new lifetime of adventure and hopefully, new progress on the soul journey. So we were alluding to that being a secret pact, with karmic consequences if it is disrupted or ended unilaterally by the mother-to-be, through ending the pregnancy. One of the reasons is, that the interweaving of energies will have taken place as a consequence of the forward motion in progress to have the egg implanted and a growing embryo forming the fetus. So things, even at that very early stage, are already in motion to further strengthen the energetic bond between the two parties, mother and infant-to-be, both, on a soul level and within the physical extensions already engaged in a handshake, so to speak, on the physical level. We understand that the pregnancy might come as quite a surprise or even shock to the mother if unintended consciously. And it is a liability of physical existence that you are so disconnected from the higher self and the broader awareness of the deep subconscious as well, to be largely in the dark about many, many, things. That ignorance does not absolve you of responsibility. There will still be a karmic penalty for acting non-divinely. So our teachings are meant to help fill in these gaps in knowledge to protect you from your state of ignorance, from making a misstep ethically, morally, and karmically, and all of the consequences that will ensue from choosing to have an abortion, being a denial of life that is agreed to and prearranged to happen, even should it come about from an unwanted assault. There are many ways to learn life lessons and many circumstances in life that are disadvantageous, felt on a physical level, but become powerful learnings and contributions from a spiritual perspective when they are pursued. Each case is unique and different, and this we understand. But facts are facts, rules are rules, and divine principles are divine principles. So we can tell you there will be consequences for aborting a baby that will play out in the future of all who take part in that decision and its implementation. It is not the gravest of transgressions, given that parenting can be a hardship in many circumstances and be even a negative emotional experience in some instances when there is an unwanted pregnancy. That also does not bode well for the life of the child in question, having a parent or perhaps two parents not wanting them in the first place, and resenting their presence. But that, too, is a karmic test and challenge, in how those involved, deal with the situation and the choices they make, as a measure of their divine alignment. What people do not realize, is that they are in life as a physical being to be in service to something larger than themselves, and that might involve many duties as well as hardships along the way. There are many faced with tough challenges who, in overcoming them, have prospered and would not trade what they have gone through for anything, because it turned out to be the greatest life lesson they have ever had and it benefited them greatly to be challenged and to pass the test, so to speak.
