If Anunnaki are typically 12-15 feet tall, why was the Anunnaki I saw only 7 feet tall?

This was not a runt. This was a single-generation hybrid carrying some human genes as well. This caused the change in stature, but in terms of other characteristics, was very similar to the Anunnaki parent.
