If Biden is declared the winner, but it’s because of cheating, will the cheating have been done by the Democrats or the Extraterrestrial Alliance? If the latter, what would they get from a Biden Presidency that would be better for them than from a Trump 2nd term?

If Biden wins, it will be because of cheating by the Democrats as the Extraterrestrial Alliance is backing Donald Trump. That is not to say they will turn the world upside down to prevent a Biden victory. They will not take any undue risks that could expose their manipulations. They, in fact, do not much care who is president because every administration bends to their will and they can create all the mischief they want regardless of what party is in power. You see this quite clearly in the number of countries destroyed under President Obama and Vice-President Biden—there is much blood on their hands. So the preference for Trump is simply that they like his makeup in being someone who is more mercurial and tougher, and this will better serve their plans for what is coming down the line. But it is not the case that their plans cannot be done without Trump in office, it is merely a question of ease and convenience in what would be needed to get the job done during a Democrat regime.
