Is it appropriate to add a request for a light body activation along with our request for opening and balancing the chakras, instead of a “Hara alignment,” to keep the terminology more similar to the work of others wanting to obtain a maximum energetic renewal and DNA upgrade to the extent possible by the current status of the shift in consciousness?

You can do so if you wish. We understand the intention of connecting to life purpose to mean everything in Creator’s plan, and so that is yet another way to make the request you might consider. The virtue in that approach being it makes it unique, it makes it all-encompassing, and it ties it to the divine realm directly, which the New Age healers continue to ignore. This will give it extra distinction and unmistakable intention for your students, and that is quite useful and important as well.
