This is not the case, because the effects on the defenses are marginal. So it is not a major liability as would be the case with a high level of painkillers or narcotic analgesics or anesthetics achieving a state of anesthesia. These are varying levels of impairment on a spectrum, but ketamine is the mildest and is not a major concern or liability as a gateway for spirit mischief.
