DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial InterlopersIs medical science incorrect that Lyme disease is caused by a bacterial infection with Borrelia burgdorferi, but rather is due to a virus?

This is also accurate information, that the attribution of so-called Lyme disease arose from making coincidental observations and educated guesses arriving at a false conclusion. This is understandable because science does this all the time, it uses the tools available and there is always a conjecture, a hypothesis that is to be tested by the research launched. So when one has a memory of a tick bite, develops local symptoms, and then subsequently develops a more severe systemic reaction, and the hunt for a novel cause in keeping with the unusual array of symptoms in the sufferer, finds a novel organism, in this case an unusual bacterium that is not previously recognized as a pathogen, it makes a neat package and the subsequent development of diagnostic tests to look for the presence of antibodies provides seeming confirmation when the sufferers of such symptoms are also carrying antibodies against this very organism. That history has misled research again and again until there is a deeper probing and often chance observations suggesting something overlooked that when pursued points the way to a sea change in understanding. That still needs to happen with respect to Lyme disease. It is of viral origin and is often variable because the families of viruses that can produce similar symptoms do have varied properties, but it is viral in nature. So again, considering that decades of research will be needed before this is worked out to any meaningful degree and the possibility of true therapies are available, a much quicker solution through divine intervention is the best option.
