Both are true, and that is why we answered as we did, it was a setup to manipulate and undermine her to create an overwhelming disappointment. They love thwarting and destroying people's dreams, because they are psychopaths, and see such destruction and punishment they mete out as a reflection of their power and greatness when it is truly diagnostic of their depravity.
