Is the photo described as “Israeli students” working with detonators on the 91st floor of the World Trade Center before Sept. 9, 2001, authentic and accurately described?

This is disinformation and is being promoted as a kind of distraction to create a plausible human culprit for what took place, but is incorrect, and a red herring. There were no such Israelis, students or otherwise, nor the planting of explosive charges used in the 9/11 assault. It was entirely done through extraterrestrial technology to cause the destruction of the buildings.
