Is the recent train derailment in Palestine, Ohio, with its dangerous chemical spill, and the questionable decision to set the spilled chemical pool on fire, which spread toxic fumes, sinister in its origins or just an accident?

This was, indeed, sinister as you saw intuitively. There was awareness of the cargo involved and an expectation it would lead to a serious chemical spill, at least that was the hope. It was engineered to happen, and all of the weak links in the rail system architecture and engineering deployment as well. This is never suspected other than outright acts of sabotage, as when rails are loosened by removal of spikes, or other mischief to cause failure of some of the warning signals, switches, and so on, that route trains among varying spurs, and so forth. Such things can be done by human agents wanting to commit random acts of vandalism or sheer terrorism, as the case might be, but there is no greater vandal or source of terrorism than the Extraterrestrial Alliance working against humanity with ever-increasing intensity to mount this death of a thousand cuts that is underway. This is one of the more recent examples of mayhem caused by them that will have serious repercussions to follow. But the fault is not human, it lies with the Extraterrestrial Alliance and their savagery, in taking delight with human misfortune they cause to happen.
